Professional Email Setup
Set up a professional email like you@yourdomain.com using Gmail with no monthly fees and no Google Workspace subscription.

Buy a Domain
Purchase a domain name (e.g. yourdomain.com) from any registrar like Namecheap, Google Domains, or GoDaddy.

Connect Domain to Cloudflare
- Add your domain to Cloudflare.
- Select the Free plan.
- Replace your registrar's nameservers with Cloudflare nameservers provided during setup.
- Wait for activation (can take up to 24 hours, but usually faster).

Enable Email Routing
- Go to Email → Email Routing in your Cloudflare dashboard.
- Add your Gmail as a Destination Address.
- Check your Gmail inbox and verify the address.
- Enable Catch-all (optional) to receive mail sent to any address on your domain.
- Create custom addresses (e.g.,
hello@,support@,you@).

Test Receiving Emails
- Send a test email from a different account to your new custom address.
- Confirm it arrives in your Gmail inbox.

Send Emails from Your Domain
- In Gmail, go to Settings → See all settings → Accounts & Import.
- Find “Send mail as” and click “Add another email address”.
- Use SMTP Server:
smtp.gmail.com - Generate and use a Google App Password (requires 2FA enabled on your Google account).
- Verify ownership using the code sent to your inbox.
